Perfume Return Policy

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase from B&B Perfumery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased perfume, we offer the following return policy:

1. Return conditions

(a) Period : You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your perfume to initiate a return.

(b) Condition of Perfume : The perfume must be in its original condition, unused and unopened with all original packaging and labels.

(c) Exceptions : For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened or the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

(b) Returns : Send the perfume in the original packaging and with the original invoice to the return address provided by us.

(c) Shipping costs : The shipping costs for returning the perfume are at your expense unless the product is defective.

3. Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned perfume, we will process the refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note that it may take a few days for your refund to be processed.

4. Defective or damaged products

If the perfume you received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service at parfumeriebb@gmail.com or at www. bbparfumerie.com/pages/kontakt within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product and issue either a replacement product or a refund, depending on your choice.
